From Pickup To Delivery, Expect Excellence

Step one

Photo Consultation

Send photos along with your inquiry to help us understand the scope of work that needs to be done. This gives us a perfect starting point for your quote.

Step two

Professional Quote

Our estimating department will communicate with you to determine your delivery needs, finishing details, and the dimensions of your furniture.

Step three

Fabric Selection

Come into our shop to see the fabrics up close and personal. With near-perfect color and texture matching and premium options available, you’ll be amazed at what we can create.

Step four

Deposit and Pickup

Once your fabric selection is finalized, your pricing is concrete, and 50% of the project total is due on pickup (or dropoff, if you would like to transport the piece yourself). During pickup, we carefully survey the space and take pictures to understand exactly how your piece fits into the room before we touch a thing.

Step five

Disassembly and Repair

When your furniture is in our workshop, we’ll strip off the old fabric and carefully inspect the structural elements of your furniture. Any necessary repairs are done before reupholstery. If extensive repairs are needed, we’ll let you know right away.

Step six

Reupholstery

Reupholstery is completed using your selected fabric, and finishing elements such as tufting, piping, or nailheads. With our years of experience, you can expect impeccable work.

Step seven

Quality Check

Before anything goes back to the client, our quality control team carefully checks the furniture against original photos and client specifications to ensure everything is up to par.

Step eight

Delivery

If you opt in for delivery rather than picking up the piece yourself, you can be confident that your restored furniture will be carefully placed exactly where it belongs with the utmost care and attention to detail.
